ARIZONA

I just got back from a visit to Arizona to see Colleen (my birth Mom) and hang out with my good friend Pam Garfield Brown. It was so good to see both of them and visit with their friends and families.

Pam arranged a night out with the girls, so I was able to see Natalie (Pam's sister-in-law and my friend from our "girls trips"). We had a great time. Pam's family was so sweet to let me stay with them! Thanks Ryan for sharing Pam for a few days!

After that, I was able to go stay with Hal and Colleen. She has had some health problems, so I wanted to spend some time with her. We were able to visit with her friend Sherry and had a great time. We cooled down in the pool, shopped, took a nap and just hung out! It was very relaxing for me and good to see Colleen. She had been working hard on scrapbooks, so we were able to look at those. I am very grateful to Greg for watching the kids so that I could spend that time with Colleen.

OdDs & EnDs

This month we bid farewell to my nephew, Kyle, who is going on a mission to Rapid City, South Dakota. (Same Mission as my brother) Yes, it's the same kid I used to love to take everywhere with me. I cannot believe he is old enough!! Kyle is such a great person and we know he will be an excellent missionary!

Also, I have started a new job this month. I am working for Dr. Brett Coleman (orthodontist) as a marketing coordinator. I am really excited about the job and the people I work with. I just hope I can quit saying Coleman Knitting instead of Coleman Orthodontics!!

Mothers Day

I am very late in posting this, but I wanted to wish my Mom and all my other "Mom's" a Happy Mothers Day. Each year, Allie and I celebrate by taking our Mom as well as our Mother-in-Laws to a nice brunch.

This year we went to a small restaurant near 25th street where they served an English tea style lunch. The little girls got to come this year too and have a little tea party! It's always a fun tradition. Allie and I are so lucky to have our great Mom and mother-in-laws that we love too!!
